1. Who We Are
Bedrock Civil & Infrastructure Group is a licensed and insured heavy-civil contractor headquartered in Miami, Florida, providing concrete, foundations, demolition, excavation, and related construction services in South Florida. This Privacy Policy applies to www.bedrockcig.com and all related quote forms, call lines, and SMS programs we operate (collectively, the "Services").
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and perform construction work:
Information you provide
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, project/job-site address.
- Project details: project type, service requested, timeline, budget range, scope description, site photos or sketches you upload.
- Communications: messages, voicemails, and texts you send us.
- SMS consent records: the date, time, IP address, and form where you opted in to text messaging (kept for at least 4 years for TCPA recordkeeping).
Information collected automatically
- Device/log data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
3. How We Use Information
- To prepare estimates, bid proposals, and contracts.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on construction work.
- To call, email, or text you about your specific request (with consent where required).
- To send service updates, appointment reminders, and invoice notices.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve our website.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (TCPA & CTIA Compliant)
Program name: Bedrock Civil & Infrastructure Group Customer Messaging.
Program description: One-on-one transactional and conversational messages related to your quote request, scheduling, job-site coordination, and project follow-up.
Message frequency: Recurring messages — frequency varies based on your project (typically 1–10 messages per month).
Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Bedrock does not charge for the messages themselves.
Carriers: Supported on all major U.S. carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-in / Express written consent
By submitting a quote request, contact form, or otherwise providing your mobile number to Bedrock and checking the SMS consent box (or by texting us first), you give Bedrock your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, to be contacted by autodialed or pre-recorded calls and text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. You may still request a quote by phone or email without opting in to SMS.
Opt-out — How to stop messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. You can also opt out by replying END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
Help
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at (786) 730-8367 or privacy@bedrockcig.com.
